AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND! My husband was accused of a very serious crime by his sister and niece about 5 years ago. After being pulled over in his home state of Utah, he was informed of these charges and was transferred to Texas and incarcerated for almost a year without any bond or seeing a judge. After finally seeing a judge, informed her of the details, and she immediately said she was going to assign him a good attorney that would help him. THANK GOD SHE DID... he was finally offered a bond and was able to get out. Unlike the other attorneys, he did not try to convince him to take a plea deal and actually advised him he shouldn't. Mr. Emmons always kept us informed, fought endlessly with the DAs, and continued to support my husband and his innocence. Even though my husband does not have the best record, he listened to him and supported him in every way possible. After all the years of stress and court appearances, he was able to get the case dismissed and could not wait to tell us face to face, which meant the world. I could go on and on about the endless blessings this man has done for us, but there is not enough room to do so. I will always refer everyone to him and will continue to keep him as our attorney, although hopefully we will not need to. THANK YOU, MR.
